Terms of service

1. Agreement

By creating a Reachly account you agree to these terms. Reachly is operated by Issac Wong from Hong Kong. If you are using Reachly on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think it has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Reachly to:

• Create or distribute illegal content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Impersonate a real person, including making an AI avatar video of someone who has not consented.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its outputs as a competing product.
• Circumvent rate limits, credit accounting, or platform API terms of the accounts you connect.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything Reachly generates for you. Reachly claims no ownership of your output and does not train models on it.

You grant us only the limited licence needed to run the service: to store your uploads, send them to the model providers listed in the privacy policy, and publish posts to the accounts you connect when you schedule them.

5. Connected accounts

When you connect a social account, you authorise Reachly to publish on your behalf only for the posts you approve and schedule. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored tokens. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms.

6. Credits

Posts, research briefs, 30-day plans, video scripts and AI chat edits are unlimited on paid plans, subject to fair use. Credits are used for AI video (avatar video, lip-sync and AI b-roll) and some carousel image rendering. Plan credits refill monthly and do not roll over; annual plans receive the same monthly refill. Top-up credits (paid plans only) last 12 months from purchase. Unused top-ups are lost when your subscription ends, even if they would have expired later.

The credit ledger works on a reserve, settle, refund basis: credits are reserved when you submit a job, settled when the job succeeds, and refunded in full if it fails. A failed generation never costs you credits.

7. Trial and early access

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required at signup. Unless you cancel before then, the trial converts to your chosen plan and your card is charged on day 8 at the price shown at checkout. Cancel in the app (Settings → Billing) or email [email protected] if you cannot access your account; cancel before day 8 and you will not be charged. We send a confirmation email. An emailed cancellation counts from when we receive it. We email you a reminder 2 days before the trial ends.

During the trial, usage is limited: 30 posts, 40 carousel pages, 10 research briefs, 2 × 30-day plans, 10 video scripts and 150 AI chat edits. The video studio, reels and credit top-ups unlock once the paid plan is active.

8. Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you select until you cancel. Cancel in the app (Settings → Billing) or, if you cannot access your account, email [email protected]. We send a confirmation email. An emailed cancellation counts from when we receive it. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store full card details. Prices are in HKD and are as shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Annual billing is 10× the monthly price.

Monthly plans. Except where required by applicable law, we do not refund partial billing periods or unused plan credits. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid month.

Annual plans. If you cancel within 7 days of an annual charge and have not abused the refund (for example by repeatedly signing up only to claim it), we refund that annual charge in full. After day 7, except where required by applicable law, there is no refund; you keep access until the end of the annual period.

Trial. Cancel before day 8 and you will not be charged.

Credit top-ups. Top-ups are non-refundable. Unused top-ups are lost when your subscription ends, even if they would have expired later under the 12-month rule.

Failed generations. Credits reserved for a failed job are refunded in full. A failed generation never costs you credits.

Fairness. If we suspend or close an account that did nothing wrong, we give a prorated refund of prepaid unused time. Local law may give you additional rights; nothing here limits those rights.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

10. Disclaimers and liability

AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish. To the extent permitted by law, Reachly is provided without warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

12. Changes

We will notify registered users by email before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Reachly after that means you accept the updated terms.
