Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Reachly is an AI content studio operated by Issac Wong in Hong Kong. This policy explains what personal data the service collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the marketing site and the app at app.reachly.io.

2. What we collect

We collect only what the product needs to work:

• Account data: your email address and name.
• Content you provide: articles, links, PDFs, notes, voice recordings, reference decks, images, and anything else you upload as a source.
• Content the service generates for you: plans, posts, carousels, scripts, and videos.
• Connected-account tokens: access tokens for the social accounts you connect, stored so scheduled posts can be published.
• Basic product analytics: page views and feature usage, collected with PostHog so we can see what is used and what is broken.

3. Subprocessors

Generating content means sending your inputs to model providers. The processors in use at launch are listed below; we update this list when it changes.

• DeepSeek — text generation.
• ElevenLabs (Scribe) — speech-to-text transcription.
• HeyGen v3 — video generation.
• MiniMax — voice and video generation.
• Alibaba DashScope — image generation.
• Sync.so — lip sync for AI avatar videos.

4. What we do not do

We do not train any model on your uploads, plans, or generated content. We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers.

5. Cookies

One first-party session cookie (reachly_refresh) keeps you signed in. It is httpOnly and scoped to /api/auth. There are no advertising cookies. Product analytics are collected without cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Retention

Your data is kept until you delete it. Deleting a source, a post, or your account removes it from the live service; backups age out on a rolling schedule. Connected-account tokens are deleted as soon as you disconnect the account.

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to export, correct, or delete your data, and you can do most of it yourself in the app. Under GDPR and CCPA you also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

8. International transfers

Reachly is operated from Hong Kong and the model providers listed above process data in their own regions. By using the service you accept that your content is transmitted to those processors for the purpose of generating your output.

9. Children

Reachly is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will email registered users before the change takes effect.
